Jan Ashley, a former beauty pageant contestant from the United States was the second wife to Robert Kardashian Sr., who is popular as one of the lawyers in the O.J. Simpson trial.

Jan Ashley, born Janice Lynn Glass on August 3, 1948, in Amarillo, Texas, had a life that touched fame in surprising ways. Growing up in Amarillo, Jan experienced a typical small-town American childhood.
Her parents, James Douglas and Monnie M. Glass, created a supportive environment where she could pursue her passions. Jan’s charm and beauty led her to enter beauty pageants, and in 1966, she won the title of Miss Tulsa.
This achievement opened doors for her in modeling and public appearances. Before her brief marriage to Robert Kardashian, Jan Ashley was known for her elegance and grace.

Jan Ashley and Robert Kardashian met in 1998 and quickly fell in love, marrying on November 25th after dating for about seven months.
Their honeymoon in Vail, California, was meant to be a happy start, with Robert eager to introduce Jan to his children: Kourtney, Kim, Robert Jr., and Khloe.
However, their hopes for a happy family were dashed when they decided to annul their marriage just a month later, on December 25th.
In a 2014 interview with Radar Online, Jan Ashley revealed that her marriage to Robert Kardashian fell apart due to his lingering ties with his ex-wife, Kris Jenner, and his commitment to his children.
These factors created tension that ultimately led to the dissolution of their union. Before marrying Robert Kardashian, Jan Ashley had a life of her own.
She was previously married to John Ashley, whom she met in 1978 while living in Tulsa. They moved to California together, where John pursued a career as an actor and producer.
Tragically, John passed away from a heart attack in October 1997 while in New York City. Jan Ashley’s experience with Robert Kardashian was brief but impactful.
Despite their mutual affection and initial excitement, the challenges proved too great to overcome, leading them to part ways just as quickly as they had come together.
